Pépites
Pépites is a new wineshop in Berlin. Its owner, sommelière Anaïs Bourg, approached me to create a strong, professional visual brand for the launch and a selection of online marketing assets to attract her target audience and effectively convey the essence of her business.

Visual Storytelling
Impactfully conveying the brand personality, a spectrum of burgundy and pomegranate, warm neutrals, notes of dusty rose, and stylish serifs create a worldly, effortless Parisian chic and trustworthy simplicity. Bright, attentive red-orange accents, adventurous organic shapes, and a playful display font add a bold, cool, kind, relaxed approachability.
The aesthetic reflects Pépites’ brand values: belonging, expertise, creativity, warm, nurturing, modernity, simplicity, adventure.
Pépites hits the rare, refreshing, approachable balance between the erudite oldstyle wine caves and the new edgy hipster winebars.

Visual Branding
Polished, cohesive, eye-catching visual branding, refined via design feedback cycles, reflects the personality and values of Pépites and its target clients.
The early discovery phase included a questionnaire, desk research, competitor analysis, and moodboarding, alongside deep understanding of the business through documentation such as brand strategy, user research and personas.
Marketing Graphics
The designs serve as digital marketing, enhancing the online presence of the business to generate brand engagement and trust, welcoming clients to the Pépites shop, events, and community.
The branding is applied consistently to each social media asset as visual storytelling to convey Pépites essence and message to the target audience. Optimised typographic hierarchy and accessibility reduce friction for easy information findability and readability.

Process
This is the design cycle I repeat for each element of the Visual Branding, to define and refine the colours, fonts, logo and slogan lockup, shapes, and then for each of the Social Media graphics, to ensure they fulfil their design objectives.
